“Perhaps the most satisfying collection from the weekend belonged to Robert Geller because of the way he layered some pretty out-there designs with wearable looks. There is probably not a big market for elongated dress shirts in polka-dot patterns, but more likely there is one for a blazer that softly dissolves from gray to white and a tweedy stadium coat with toggle closures. A simple topcoat divided along a horizontal between a gray top and a navy bottom seemed to encapsulate, in one look, the sensibility of fashion in the middle.”
